The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on an application from FLOH Co. (Subaru by the Bay) (applicant) for a Special Use Permit for proposed new show room for the Sale of Motor Vehicles. The property involved is property tax number 15-007-112-005-00, located at 06432 US 31 N., Petoskey, MI (Bayshore).
