Invitation for Maintenance Bids

INVITATION FOR BIDS

Hayes Township, Charlevoix County is seeking bids for the following maintenance services.

1. Hayes Township Hall & Fire Barn Lawn Care – The hall & fire barn are located at 09195 Old US 31 N., Charlevoix. Mowing, trimming and general clean- up will include an area of approximately 5 acres of land, mowing to a 3” finished height, not allowing grass to exceed 5” height between cuttings.

Please use the following format for submitting bids. Bids received in any other format will not be considered.

1. Cost for mowing, trimming and general clean-up per time basis (each time)
2. Hourly rates for any additional maintenance requested by the Township

Proof of liability and workers comp insurance must be provided before a contract can be signed. Mail bids to Hayes Township Clerk, 09195 Old US 31 N., Charlevoix, MI 49720. Bids must be received by Friday, May 2,  2014. Questions may be directed to the Township Clerk at 231-547-6961 or clerk@hayestownshipmi.gov. Hayes Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
