The Hayes Township Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hayes Township Hall located at 09195 Old US 31 North.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear a request by the homeowner for a 7.5 foot variance, from Section 4.13, Schedule of Regulations, to add an attached garage to the existing home, at 06801 Nine Mile Point Dr., Charlevoix, property tax number 15-007-400-021-00.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Hayes Township Office, 09195 Old US 31 N, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Mondays or by calling Ron VanZee, Zoning Administrator, 231-497-4701.

The Hayes Township Board of Review will hold a public meeting on Monday, March 3, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to organize the Board of Review process for 2015 and review the 2015 property tax assessment roll.
